Lincoln Avenue, San Jose

By devising a carefully thought-out landscape design plan, our team turned a building that was previously almost un-rentable into a thoroughly inviting property.

A welcoming central paved courtyard where tenants can relax and congregate took the place of a bleak asphalt driveway.  We reclaimed some of the width of the driveway to create planting pockets with palm trees, seating benches and potted plants.

A bland, sterile environment has been transformed into a lush space with a palette of peaceful greens offset by pops of color.
